How Net Losses Are Calculated
Cashback is a percentage of your net losses, not your total deposits. The formula is:
Net losses = clean deposits − cashouts − live casino balance
Your live balance is recorded between 00:00 and 00:30 EST on Monday and Thursday. "Clean" deposits are deposits made without a bonus attached.
Worked example
You're a Gold member. Over the weekend (Thursday to Sunday) you make $400 in clean deposits, don't cash out, and your balance is $0 when it's recorded on Monday.
