2026 45K American Eagle Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The 2026 45K American Eagle Giveaway ("Promotion") is organized by Platinum Reels and offers eligible players the opportunity to win a 2026 45K American Eagle Luxury Motor Coach by earning entry tickets through qualifying deposits made during the promotional period.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all registered Platinum Reels players who have an active account and are on the New, Club and Silver tiers.
• Players must make a qualifying deposit during the promotional period.
• Employees of Platinum Reels, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Platinum Reels reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants.

3. Promotional Period

• The Promotion begins on 8 July 2026 and ends at 23:59 EST on 31 October 2026.
• Only qualifying deposits successfully completed during the promotional period will be eligible to earn entry tickets.
• Deposits made after the promotion end date will not qualify for entry.

4. How to Earn Entry Tickets

• Players will receive 1 (one) entry ticket for every USD $5 deposited during the promotional period.
• There is no limit to the number of entry tickets a player may earn.
• Multiple qualifying deposits are permitted and will accumulate additional entry tickets.
• Entry tickets are awarded automatically once a qualifying deposit has been successfully processed.

Example:

• Deposit $25 = 5 Entry Tickets
• Deposit $100 = 20 Entry Tickets
• Deposit $1,000 = 200 Entry Tickets

5. Eligible Deposits

• All real-money deposits made through approved Platinum Reels payment methods qualify.
• Deposits that are reversed, refunded, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent will not qualify.
• Bonus funds do not count as qualifying deposits.

6. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entry tickets earned during the promotional period.
• The draw will take place on 2 November 2026.
• The winner will be announced on 2 November 2026, subject to successful identity verification.
• The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number registered on their Platinum Reels account.
• If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to complete the required verification, or does not respond within 7 calendar days, Platinum Reels reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternate winner.

Leaderboard Notice

• The Promotion includes a leaderboard displaying participants ranked by total entry tickets earned.
• The leaderboard is for informational and engagement purposes only and does not determine or guarantee the winner.
• Final winner selection is conducted via a random draw of all valid entry tickets, regardless of leaderboard position.
• Being ranked higher on the leaderboard does not increase the probability of being selected beyond the number of valid entry tickets held.

7. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a 2026 45K American Eagle Luxury Motor Coach.
• If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Platinum Reels' control, Platinum Reels reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value or offer a cash alternative where legally permitted.
• Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.

8. Taxes, Registration & Delivery

• The winner is responsible for any taxes, import duties, licensing, registration fees, insurance, travel expenses, or other costs associated with accepting and taking ownership of the prize, unless otherwise stated by Platinum Reels.
• Delivery arrangements will be made directly with the winner following verification.

9. Fair Play

• Platinum Reels maintains a strict fair play policy.
• Any player found to be using multiple accounts, fraudulent payment methods, collusion, bonus abuse, chargebacks, identity fraud, or any attempt to manipulate the Promotion will be immediately disqualified.
• Platinum Reels reserves the right to withhold or cancel entries pending investigation.

10. Identity Verification

• Before the prize is awarded, the winner must successfully complete Platinum Reels' Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• Failure to provide requested documentation within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

11. General

• Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions together with the Platinum Reels General Terms & Conditions.
• Platinum Reels reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, fraud, or regulatory requirements.
• The decision of Platinum Reels regarding all aspects of this Promotion shall be final.

12. Promotional Consent

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including photographs, interviews, video recordings, and publicity relating to the Promotion, without additional compensation where permitted by law.
• If local regulations prohibit mandatory publicity, Platinum Reels will comply with all applicable legal requirements.
